When Covid-19 starting becoming more widespread in the world, it was inevitable that it would hit the United States. How hard would the U.S. be hit? That was anyone’s guess. Precautions began to roll out and restrictions were put into place to help lessen the spread of the Coronavirus in the U.S. By now, everyone is aware of the facts and figures associated with this pandemic.

One hot topic associated with the Coronavirus outbreak in the U.S. was the anticipated shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) for nurses, doctors and all hospital workers. This concern escalated as the number of cases began to grow and more and more people were hospitalized for Covid-19.
