“The Marquee Martini”
2 ½ oz. Absolut Mandarin, soaked in pineapple for 10 days
½ oz. fresh pineapple juice
½ oz. fresh orange juice
Hint of cilantro, muddled
Shake over ice.
Garnish with pineapple, soaked in vodka and cilantro sprig.

“Cold Brew Coffee Cream”
1 oz. Absolut Vanilla
½ oz. Patron XO
½ oz. Bailey’s
½ oz. simple syrup
Ice, top with Thunderkiss Cold Brew Coffee, garnish with whipped cream.
Lindey’s
“Red Hook”
2 oz. Bulleit Rye
¾ oz. Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Rouge (Sweet Vermouth)
½ oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Fill shaker tin with ice. Add all ingredients. Stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry. Refectory

“Orchards & Apiaries”
1 ½ oz. OYO Honey Vanilla Vodka
1 tsp. Cardamom-Laced Honey
1 Dash Boker’s style Bitters
Top with Manoir de Kinkiz La Cuvée Blanche Cider
Place all ingredients, except for the cider, into an ice filled shaker tin.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Top with Manoir de Kinkiz La Cuvée Blanche cider, and garnish with apple slices.
Asterisk
“Merry Asterisk ”
8 oz. whole milk
1 ½ Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cocoa
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of salt
2 oz. of mint vodka
Heat and top with whipped cream.
Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 oz. Bailey’s
Whip ingredients together until it forms peaks.
Garnish with crushed peppermints and a fresh mint leaf.
El Vaquero
“Skinny Margarita”
Juice of one lime
Juice of one lemon
2 oz. orange juice
4 oz. gold tequila
Shake. Top rim with salt if desired.
Garnish with a lemon and lime.
