When did the firm begin?
Bailey Cavalieri was founded on July 16, 2003. The story behind the founding, however, is of much greater consequence than the date it was established. The roots of Bailey Cavalieri began to form when Arter & Hadden, a large national law firm, made the decision to dissolve and a core group of people from the firm resolved to stay together. That group of people became Bailey Cavalieri. Remarkably, we were able to retain all of the attorneys and support staff. The commitment we had to each other in the beginning remains intact today. At the time, we were only focused on keeping the core group together. But we now realize our unique history is what enabled us to offer clients the expertise of a national firm from day one and became the foundation on which the firm was built.
